Portal Ixchel embodies unique ways to live in harmony with nature,
with a variety of ecobuilding techniques and ways to integrate into the ecosystem without degrading its condition.
We build our spaces using local materials such as coconut, lime, bamboo and wood, in combination with marine fabrics. Most cabins are collapsible and have almost no impact on the ecosystem.

HOLOS

Teyoapa is a family based, self sufficient community rooted in daily work, shared responsibility, and long term stewardship of the land. Life on the farm revolves around food production, renewable energy, and cooperation across generations, with Enchantents structures serving as both living spaces and functional infrastructure. The tents house families, volunteers, and work areas, including spaces integrated into the cheese production process, proving that lightweight architecture can support real, productive lives. Rather than temporary shelters, Enchantents become durable, adaptable buildings that grow with the community, blending comfort, resilience, and practicality in a place where living, working, and caring for the land are inseparable.
