MATERIALS
Our shelters breathe and bend with the land; their outer “earth-skin” is a marine-grade canvas that faces down salt, sun and monsoon, yet still feels like natural cloth between your fingers.
EXTERIOR FABRICS
We Produce all our tents with the most durable, breathable and esthetic marine material in the market called 100% Mass Tinted Acrylic.
Why we chose 100 % Solution-Dyed Acrylic
Fade-proof for at least a decade
Every filament is infused with pigment at the molten stage, locking colour deep inside the fibre. Even under equatorial UV, the canvas carries a 10-year colour-fast guarantee.
Soft, cotton-like feel
No PVC glare or crinkly plastic sound; guests see linen, not tarp.
Marine pedigree
The same Masacril® families specified for super-yachts, so it shrugs off salt spray, desert dust and tropical humidity.
Built-in Climate Control
Breathable weave lets hot air escape while a fluorocarbon finish repels driving rain (360 mm water column).
Thermal balance: cooler beneath a brutal sun, warmer when mountain air dips at dawn.
Sauleda Protector® top-coat creates a self-cleaning shield that beads dirt and pollution before they settle.

Low-Maintenance, High-Resilience
Resistant to mould spores; a mild soap-or-bleach wash brings it back to new without leaching colour.
Oeko-Tex® certified free from toxins—good for guests, crews and the ecosystems that host us.
Add insulation layes on roof and choose from wide array of insulated walls, vinyl glass, or mosquito net to adapt your shelter to your environment, and easily change it according to the seasons.
They cause no harm to the environment:
We contribute to environmental safety by using eco-friendly production processes that include the latest safety measures and treating waste to prevent the degradation of the environment.

In short, this canvas is living architecture: it shelters, regulates and quietly disappears into the view—so your guests can belong to the landscape, not just look at it.

OTHER MATERIALS

Insect Screen — the Invisible Guardian
Our mosquito-net panels are woven from fiberglass yarn jacketed in PVC:
Spec & gauge | BWG 31 core, 18 × 16 mesh (or finer) keeps midges out while air and views glide through.
All-weather armour | Fiberglass laughs at heat, corrosion and moisture; the PVC sheath blocks stain-causing dirt and sun-fade.
UV & glare filter | Charcoal-grey filaments soften harsh rays and cut reflection so guests can watch dawn without squinting.
Non-toxic, odour-free | No off-gassing plastics—safe for children, pets and delicate ecosystems.
Easy care | A quick hose-down or mild-soap wipe keeps the mesh pristine; mildew struggles to take hold on the PVC skin.
Inner liners and decorative curtains.
A ceiling liner creates a calm, insulated micro-climate and adds the finishing touch of luxury.
Standard blend | 65 % cotton / 35 % polyester for a buttery drape and breathable feel. Wash—or sun-dry—about every six months in humid zones to keep mould at bay.
Bespoke options | Ask for liners in mould-resistant technical fabrics, raw silk, velvet or any couture textile that suits your climate and aesthetic.
Precision Stitching — threads tuned to their environment
Seams are stitched with expanded‑PTFE Tenara® thread (the same used in yacht sails) for unrivalled longevity.
This dual-thread system delivers yacht-grade longevity where the elements hit hardest, while keeping indoor seams supple and easily serviceable.
Zippers
We only use YKK Japanese Zippers where required.

STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS
Metallic structural connectors, and tension adjustors.
Precision-Engineered Connectors
Our frame nodes are galvanized-steel couplings (2.28 mm, Schedule 30) finished in a two-part, marine-grade epoxy—the same armour specified for super-yacht decks.
Dual diameters | Ø 48 mm (1 ½ “) and Ø 42 mm (1 ¼ “) sleeves accommodate the most common scaffold or fence pipes found worldwide.
Built-in longevity | Hot-dip galvanizing seals every millimetre of steel; the epoxy top-coat blocks salt, sand and acid rain for decades of service.
Local sourcing freedom | Main struts—whether alloy tube, FSC timber or bamboo—can be procured near your site, slashing freight, duties and carbon miles while giving local craftspeople a stake in the build.
Result: You receive compact connector kits that ship by DHL / FedEx parcels, not oversized freight containers—yet assemble into wind-tested geodesics rated for coastal squalls and mountain downpours.
Tension adjustors.
Achieving architectural tension is as simple as turning a wrench:
Axis jacks at the roof hub fine-tune radial pull so the outer skin sits drum-tight.
End-tube adjusters stretch the perimeter evenly, preventing sag pockets and flap noise.
Tool-friendly design accepts either a standard socket wrench or power drill driver—set-up crews hit perfect tension in minutes, not hours.
