1. Scope

• Applies to all Enchantents glamping tents and accessories sold by Nomadixgear SA de CV under the Enchantents brand.

2. Warranty Period

• Permanent Models (e.g. Simetrix and Mandala lines): 5 years from delivery.

3. What’s Covered

• Repair or replacement of manufacturing defects in seams, fabric, frame, connectors, or metal fittings.

• Free replacement of metal connector parts if defective.

• Normal outdoor use (wind, rain, sun) when installed and maintained per instructions.

4. What’s NOT Covered 

• Misuse, neglect, vandalism.
• Improper or unprofessional installation (including installations performed by the Client or third parties not certified by or supervised by a member of the Enchantents team).
• Damage resulting from extreme weather passing beyond design limits, fire, or acts of God

• Color fading or patina from natural weathering, (Fabric provider warranty is 10 years to color fading under marine conditions.

• Mold or mildew from failure to follow cleaning guidelines.

• Transit damage without timely carrier claim.

5. Claim Procedure

• Inspect & Photograph upon receipt.

• Notify sales@enchantents.com within warranty period with order details & photos.

• Receive RMA and return instructions.

• Ship back (customer pays unless otherwise agreed).

• We repair/replace and return at our cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sole remedy: repair or replacement under warranty.

• Excludes indirect, incidental, consequential damages.

• Max liability = purchase price paid.

7. Returns (Non‑Warranty)

• Unused products returnable within 10 days for refund minus 30% restocking fee & shipping.

• Custom/special-order items non-returnable.

8. Maintaining Your Warranty

• Clean canvas annually with mild soap; dismantle in high winds/storms.

• Retain proof of purchase & service records.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by Mexican commercial law.

• Arbitration in Xalapa, Veracruz per Terms of Sale.
